Late night or all nighter?

Yes you do read that time stamp correctly. It is damn near 230 in the morning on this Monday. I am awake. Damn near wide awake. Why? It is not because I just returned home from a smashing good time, it is not because I cannot sleep, it is not because I feel like it. It is because I have a paper due tomorrow at 615 (that'd be PM) and I refuse to go to sleep until it is done. You might be saying well, won't that make you absolute shit tomorrow? To which I reply, no good friend, I will not be absolute shit tomorrow. I don't have class until 345. I can sleep. Once this paper is finished then a weight of two sumo wrestlers will be lifted from my shoulders. Tomorrow is the last day of classes. Tuesday is a study day. Wednesday starts exams. I got screwed with my pants on sideways so I have to drag my pretty little ass back here on Sunday night for an exam bright and early Monday.

So I prioritize, I organize and I recognize. I recognize my priorities these past few weeks have not been well organized and now I pay.

You might say to yourself "but then why do you sit here and blog?" and I say, I multitask. I write best when I'm not focused on writing. Doesn't make any sense? Doesn't have to. Point is I write in my head. I find it a challenge transferring what resides in my head to paper because my mind moves to fast. ADHD? No I don't think so. More like...an over active imagination that is met with undereacting hands. I can't type fast enough, I can't write fast enough so I use this time, the times where I'm writing this nonsense to hash out what I'm gonna say. Sometimes it doesn't work as well as other times, sometimes it works miracles. But the common thread of it all is it works at some level.

But away I must go, Murrow won't write a paper about himself. But I did find it oddly ironic, if that's the word, that I was reading about the London blitz while the song A Foggy Day in London Town was playing.

on that note, keep on keeping on my homes. Whateverisholy knows I am.
