Opening Day! Woo! Woo! Woo!

Opening Day in Milwaukee was amazing.

Plain and simple it was phenomenal!

It was glorious! It was ecstasy in activity form! It was like nothing else!

We got to Miller Park about about 10 AM, got parked and got to drinking. The game started at 1:20 and we sat in the parking lot until 1230-ish then made our way in and due to the throngs of people we missed the first few batters but that was alright cuz we got there in time to see Billy Hall jack one. Wooooooooooo!

My throat hurt from all the yelling.

Only downside to the day was waiting in long lines at the port-a-potty in the parking lot and that Craig Counsell didn't play. Other then that, AMAZING!

Now the other katie and I are looking into road tripping to St Louis at the end of July to see the Brewers play the Cardinals. It's about a 7 hour drive from Madison, katie is looking at hotels on hotwire and I'm looking at ticket prices. 48 dollars a person for 2 games. not bad. and she found a hotel for about 105 a person for three nights so shit, I don't know how we can't go. Sure gas might be expensive but we are planning on taking the cheap route when it comes to food, you know like buy stuff at a grocery store and nuke it in a microwave, so that'd be the only real bitch, the gas. Other then that, hell yeah! And if we go to a game on the road our chances of being on TV quadruple.

We're gonna come up with some cleaver signs to hold up, you know, be that person. It will be awesome.

Alright I'm hungry for some supper. Maybe I'll post some pictures from the day later. We'll see.
Adios amigos!

Hey Katie, I was at the Brewer game this past Saturday - we had super bad seats but milled about during the game sitting ever closer to the feild until we got yelled at. It was very fun! ~Cousin Tara
